SCORe. The SCOR office building was constructed in the 1970s. It is a listed building and stands out architecturally. Square in shape. However, it needs to become more technically efficient and economically viable. To this end, the architectural concept has been further developed – instead of a single tenant, the office building is to be used by various tenants (multi-tenant) in future. The inner courtyard has been, and is being, covered. To achieve this, the roof of the conference room has been lowered. Spatial and atmospheric connections become clear both horizontally and vertically. As a result, the inner courtyard offers more. The entrance area, as a forecourt, also adopts this main theme.
