Detached houses in Wila
The project comprises four semi-detached houses that form a tranquil, cohesive ensemble. The arrangement of the buildings is aligned with the existing neighbourhood and responds to the scale of the site through varied setbacks and precisely positioned spaces between the houses.
The eight units are organised into three different house sizes and designed as spacious homes offering a high quality of space. Private gardens and south-facing roof terraces extend the living space outwards and strengthen the connection to the open space.
